To speak about the workshops Mother Anger is of speaking about AFEDEPROM (Female Association in Defense and Promotion of the Woman). In 1985 with the need that Paramonga lived and more still the Young People (the Young People was the name which they assigned with the poor districts in the military government of Velasco) where thrived malnutrition, tuberculosis and unemployment struck the humblest houses, are born the popular dining rooms car organised in the Young Atusparia People, from there A the organization grows and then was integrated into AFEDEPROM Virgule, by assimilating new forms of work. Throughout the last years, AFEDEPROM Paramonga feels the need for not remaining only like dining rooms popular and starts to assume new challenges. In 1989 one creates the first workshop of Holy serigraphy "Catalina of His" and in 1992 one constitutes the workshop veins and Holy embroidery "Rita de Casia".
The organization continues to grow and with the assistance of the German Church and the Mother Anger of Jerez - Spain with built the institutional room "Mother Anger". The workshops were unified, currently with the name of Workshops "Mother Anger" and the bakery and the warehouse of the same name also conformed which supplies to breads, biscuits, pantheons, sugar refineries, and block a sector of the population of Paramonga.

Organisation

with the Association AFEDEPROM which gathers 105 women who take share in various sectors, there are those which only belong to the dining rooms but others work in the various workshops, 4 in workshop of serigraphy, 5 in the workshop seams and embroideries, 8 in bakery and 2 in the warehouse. The General Assemblies carried out moreover first Wednesday of each month, there are monthly meetings of workshops where subjects of reflexion are covered, businesses in report/ratio with each workshop and moments ago of friendship. AFEDEPROM has a central directive which takes care of the destinies of all the organization, moreover each workshop has a clean directive conformed by a coordinator, a secretary and a treasurer.

Production and commercialisation

In each workshop the coordinator receives the orders. In the case of serigraphy work is carried out in a central workshop, work is in series and each member has a specific task until the end. In the case of the seam and embroidery one distributes work in agreement with the speciality of each one (cut, seam, embroidered) by making a part of work in the workshop and another part in their houses.
The qualitative control and of packing do it the same partners with the supervision of the advisers.
In the case of serigraphy after giving all the expenses the profit is distributed between all the workers also. In the case of the embroidery and seam each work has a different cost, by receiving each partner in agreement with his speciality.

Services and benefits that have the partners

The principal benefit of the partners are the receipts of the work which they carry out, in this direction it is a source of work. They did not implement yet services health and retirement. The partners also benefit from the formation and the permanent qualification in the aspects intellectual and spiritual.

Activities and social projection

The workshops actively take share with the fairs and the exposures which are carried out in the province of Ravine and conform the group "Warmi-maki" to other groups similar in Lima for the marketing of their products.
AFEDEPROM with the workshops take part in civic processions, activities for the birthday and other events.
