Gregoria Pacori takes share with the first meeting of SERPAJ On Andino in 1986 in the Community of Chococoniri, while turning over to its Community it stresses the formation of the artesian committee Tupac Katari. They started to work like an Association committee the Gold Braid by working out gloves and chalinas. In 1988 they form association SERPAJ Juliaca and Gregoria distributes a technical qualification during 90 days in 7 committees and groups artesian in a free way; the leaders of Gold Braid did not recognize their work and it was separated from the AIP while working for the intermediaries and with the Ministry Industry and of Tourism. In 1993 the leaders of association On Andino put it in contact with the CIAP; February 1996 they take share at the assembly of the CIAP in Chucuito while being recognized like a member moreover.
Gregoria tells that its group is formed very poor women this why many the expenses must be assumed with its own resources, there are unmarried mothers, given up mothers, but it is a very interdependent group.
They currently receive a technical aid and courses of qualification of the project of development of the Cuzco-Puno runner of FONCODES.

The Organisation

Association is made of 15 active partners, but they have also 5 partners of second level and 15 other craftsmen with whom they work sporadically.
The general meetings are monthly and where one covers various subjects like the distribution of the orders, production, as well as the qualifications.

Production and Commercialisation

For the reception of the orders they have the support of the Ministry for Industry and Tourism MITINCI of Juliaca; the distribution of the orders is in an equitable way, when the orders are sufficient they also work with other women of the Community. The craftsmen work out the products in their own houses and deliver to a date fixes, the reception, control and the sending are carried out by members of the directive.

Benefit that receives the partners

The principal benefit that the partners receive are the receipts of their products, also they benefit workshops of qualification and technical aid. They also carry out activities of fraternity and mutual assistance between their partners.
